After first creating the queue in ((OTRS)) Community Edition, adding template responses, and starting to use it for live customers, I managed it by hand without SLA, manually sending out all the progress. This worked OK but was an unacceptable level of work, sending 100s of email every few days.
With your help, this process is now fully automated. The SLAs move each trial through the stages, and automatically close and sent survey at the end. Now my work load is much reduced, and my task is now to simply monitor and reply to questions.
During implementation, you were able to identify and fix up other issues with my ((OTRS)) Community Edition setup, as it was a fresh system just getting established there were a few loose ends to fix up.
